You cannot research Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, etc.); it must be a medical illness or disease. It may be related to an individual you are working with in your part time job, or a family member, or a topic you would like to learn more about. This is a professional report so DO NOT use “I, me, my, us, we,” etc. in your paper. Your paper should be 4 or 5 pages in length plus title page and reference page.

10 3. Research and describe the common signs and symptoms associated with your chosen topic. Include physical and behavioural signs and symptoms.
8 4. Describe the types of supports that you will implement to promote the health and well-being of an individual who has your chosen topic.
7 5. Describe the relevant community supports and services you will advocate for to support the individual.
10 6. Be sure to include an introduction (5 marks) and conclusion (5 marks).
