Given digital and corresponding technological disruption in the economy of the 21^st century, interested people are wrestling with what this means for labour markets and public policy and private policy choices to address this disruption in Ontario. Please write a report integrating the following questions.

This is due by August 8^th @ 1 pm. It is to be uploaded in the TurnitIn link located in the Assignments and Tests tab.

1. Please introduce your report.
2. Give at least three (3) distinct examples of technological and digital disruption that you have seen and/or researched in your everyday life.
3. What could this mean for labour markets for unskilled, semi- skilled and highly skilled people?
4. What skills do you need as human resource professionals to be able to adapt to this reality in Ontario?
5. What are at least two (2) public choice options to help people in the labour market adapt to this disruption?
6. What role, if any, does the private sector have in helping people adapt?
